copper heat pipe
Copper heat pipe can transfer high volume heat from one side to other with little temperature difference.
This is also called heat conduction.
R.S. Gaugler submit application (heat-transferred device) from G.M. company located in Ohio, USA on Dec. 31, 1942.
G.M. Grover apply product’s patent for heat pipe and start to use on Dec.2, 1963Heat pipe was found first in satellite (Atlas-Agenda) in 1967.
Thermal conductivity is the capacity of transferring heat. The definition is that the unit section / length of material can transfer heat under unit temperature difference / time.
Work principle of heat pipe is as follows:
Work fluid changes to be vapor phase in heated end, and it turns to be liquid after reach cooled end through hollow pipe. Eventually, it is back to heated side. The transferring is based on the circle of heat released / decalescence.
The thermal conductivity coefficient (K value) for cooper 400, and which for cooper heat pipe is above 20,000.
